Toya Smith

Toya is a seasoned professional and possesses more than 10 years of research experience in the executive search industry. She provides specialized research for local and national searches at all professional levels. She is responsible for R&D & project management and has extensive experience in the areas of Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, & Internet Recruiting.

Toya was a Research Associate at one of the largest international retained executive search firms in the world. During her tenure, she was primarily responsible for the development of primary and secondary research related to senior level search assignments for a predominately Fortune 500 clientele.

Toya is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Executive Search Roundtable, the National Association of Female Executives, associate member of The American Marketing Association, Recruiters On-Line Network, and Sales & Marketing Executives International Association.

Kimberly Till

Kimberly is one of the newest members of the Weitz & Associates team. She is also the daughter of Larry and Laurie. Since the age of 13, Kimberly has worked in the family businesses even if just in a small way.

During Kimberly’s first year of college, she received an amazing opportunity to go to work for Sony Electronics Inc. She accepted a full-time position with them and they paid for her college degree. Kimberly graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Business Management in June 2004. After working at Sony for 8 years where she was promoted 4 times, the company moved and Kimberly accepted a position with her parents as a recruiter/researcher.

Kimberly is married and a mother to a beautiful boy born in 2005.
